Tineka C. is a seasoned creativepreneur and licensed cosmetologist with over 25 years of experience in the beauty and fashion industry. Known for her versatility and passion, she specializes in children’s costume and clothing design, as well as multicultural hairstyling across all hair types.

Throughout her career, Tineka has worked as a salon owner/operator, resident stylist in nursing homes and private hair-loss clinics, and is currently contracted with Southern Luxe Community Salons, serving as the resident stylist at Woodland Terrace Senior Living in Cary, NC. Her talents extend beyond the salon—she has styled for weddings, stage plays, live performances, recitals, and fashion shows, honing a design aesthetic that brings any vision to life through hair, makeup, clothing, and costumes.

In addition to her creative work, Tineka is a proud “Momager Pro”—the professional and passionate mother of child actor Timmy Richardson. Over the past decade, she has successfully coached and managed Timmy’s career, which includes appearances on major networks like BET, NBC, OWN, PBS, and STARZ. He is best known for his role as Justice on Tyler Perry’s If Loving You Is Wrong, and a feature on Steve Harvey’s Little Big Shots.

Her journey into children's costume design began when she volunteered for her son’s elementary school drama department, sparking a lasting love for working with young performers.

Recognizing a gap in support for aspiring child actors and their parents, Tineka and Timmy co-founded a nonprofit organization aimed at guiding families through the transition from modeling to acting. With 30+ years of combined entertainment experience, they offer personalized coaching, mentorship, and resources to empower the next generation of young talent.
