Momager Pro Tineka C. and is designed for the parent and the child, to help navigate the world of children's show business. Whether it be fashion shows or film, modeling or movies, Beyond The Runway provides the necessary tools to help parents launch a successful career for your child using the 4 E's: EDUCATION, EMPOWERMENT, EVALUATION &EXPOSURE!
The Founder
Tineka C. is a seasoned designer, stylist, and licensed cosmetologist with over 30 years of experience in the beauty and fashion industry. Known for her elegant design aesthetic and show-stopping runway productions, she brings creativity and professionalism to every project.
Her journey into children’s costume design began when she volunteered for her son’s school drama program — sparking a lasting love for working with young performers. As a proud “Momager Pro,” Tineka has guided and coached her son, child actor Timmy Richardson, whose credits include BET, NBC, OWN, PBS, and STARZ. He is best known for his role as Justice on Tyler Perry’s If Loving You Is Wrong and his appearance on Steve Harvey’s Little Big Shots.
Together, Tineka and Timmy co-founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families navigate the transition from modeling to acting. Through Tineka C. Kids, they provide mentorship, coaching, and resources to empower the next generation of young talent.
