Currently, she is contracted by Southern Luxe Community Salons where she is the resident stylist for Woodland Terrace Senior Living in Cary, NC. Tineka C. has also extended her talents far beyond the salon and worked as a freelance stylist for weddings, live performances, recitals, and fashion shows. Stage plays are where she began honing in on her design skills. Tineka C. is also the mother of child actor, Timmy Richardson. Over the course of a decade, she coached and managed Timmy into a successful acting career. She refers to herself as MOMAGER PRO…a MOM, first and foremost, who has managed her child PROFESSIONALLY while shaking the negative connotations of the word. Timmy has been featured on several major television networks including BET, NBC, OWN, PBS, and STARZ as well as a number of films and local TV commercials. Timmy is best known for his role as Justice on Tyler Perry’s ‘If Loving You is Wrong’ as well as his feature on Steve Harvey’s ‘Little Big Shots.’  Timmy can also be remembered as the junior drum major for Shaw University's 'Platinum Sound' Marching Band. It was after Timmy volunteered her services to his elementary school’s drama department that Tineka C. discovered her love and passion for working with children and began designing children's costumes and clothing.

Being a children's designer and being contacted frequently about the business of acting, Tineka C. has identified a need for coaching parents and children alike. With 30 years of combined experience in the entertainment industry, Tineka C. and her son Timmy have teamed up to establish a nonprofit organization for children, as well as develop a program to help with the transition from child modeling to child acting.
