Tineka C. is the mother of child actor Timmy Richardson who is best known for his role as Justice on Tyler Perry’s ‘If Loving You is Wrong’ and his feature on Steve Harvey’s ‘Little Big Shots.’ Timmy can also be remembered being seen on the 50 yard line as the junior drum major for Shaw University's 'Platinum Sound' Marching Band.
As a proud MOMAGER PRO, Tineka C. has coached and managed Timmy's successful acting career for 15 years, landing him on 5 major networks including BET, NBC, OWN, PBS, and STARZ.
Tineka C. is also a seasoned designer, stylist, and licensed cosmetologist with over 30 years of experience in the beauty and fashion industries. As a multicultural hairstylist, Tineka C. has extended her talents beyond the salon and worked freelance for weddings, live performances, recitals, stage plays and fashion shows. She is known for her elegant design aesthetic and show-stopping runway productions. Tineka C. has a has a creative edge that positions her to bring your visions to life and she brings passion, as well as professionalism, to each and every project. Specializing in children’s costumes and clothing designs, Tineka C. began her journey when she volunteered for her son’s elementary school drama class production— sparking a lasting love for working with young performers.
Together, Tineka and Timmy co-founded the Tineka C. Foundation, a 501 (3) (c) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing equal opportunities for children in professional career development within the modeling and talent industries. The mission of TCF is to empower children - and their parents - to reach their full potential in the world of children’s show business, while also raising awareness for important causes. Their flagship program Beyond The Runway is designed to provide mentorship, coaching, and resources to empower the next generation of young talent.
